Dark Reign V0.2 Dark Reign

The temple keeper was off duty that night, he was socialising with the guard of the temple keep. There were only two guards on duty, the older was intoxicated, and the other was a young trainee who was still being trained.

Chapter 1 – The Temple of Thorae

The ground was illuminated with an eerie glow from the full moon the night of the massacre of the temple of Thorae. Young Cain was on duty. There was a strange sound coming from the bushes near the old willow next to the entry gates. He went to investigate, peering through the bars of the rusty iron gates, trying as hard as he could to find out what the noise was. A dark figure
